    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 191 OF 1991, RELATING TO THE FAIRFIELD COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO REVISE THE AMOUNT OF ANNUAL SCHOOL BUDGET INCREASES WHICH DO NOT REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF THE COUNTY COUNCIL, AND TO DELETE CERTAIN LANGUAGE RELATING TO THE NOTIFICATION OF AND SETTING OF THE SCHOOL MILLAGE.
