    A Bill to amend Section 16-11-700, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the offense of littering, so as to provide for the assessment of points when the violation is committed while operating a motor vehicle; and Section 56-1-720, as amended, relating to the violations for which points are assessed, so as to include the offense of littering and provide for the assessment of three points for violation.
