S 0753 General Bill, By M.F. Mullinax, I.E. Lourie and O'Dell
    A Bill to provide that the election which certain state retirement systems allow a member of that retirement system to make, whereby monthly or other contributions to the system may be paid by him on the basis of his then earnable compensation during the time he is on a leave of absence on account of military service, may be made before the member goes on this leave of absence or after the member returns to his covered employment from the leave of absence.
