S 0754 General Bill, By Drummond
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by reenacting Section 50-11-25 so as to provide that a blind for hunting migratory waterfowl on public trust land must be constructed of biodegradable materials, that it is for public use and not under the control of the person who constructed it, and to establish a misdemeanor for hunting migratory waterfowl from a blind more than ten feet above surface level and to provide penalties.
