    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 43, TITLE 27 OF THE 1976 CODE BY ADDING SECTION 27-43-35 TO PROVIDE AN EASEMENT FOR THE RELATIVES AND DESCENDANTS OF ANY PERSON BURIED IN A CEMETERY FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS FOR THE PURPOSE OF VISITING THE CEMETERY.
