    A Bill to amend Sections 40-59-15, 40-59-75, 40-59-77, 40-59-90, as amended; 40-59-95, 40-59-100, 40-59-110, 40-59-130, 40-59-140, and 40-59-160, all as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Residential Home Builders, so as to increase from two hundred to one thousand dollars the amount of the undertaking which subjects a contractor to the provisions of Chapter 59 of Title 40; and delete the authority of the Residential Builders Commission to certify a residential special contractor.
