    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 16-17-745 SO AS TO MAKE IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON THROUGH "CLONING" TO GROW OR CREATE A HUMAN BEING, OR ANY HUMAN PART, OR TO CONSPIRE TO DO SO, TO DEFINE CLONING FOR THIS PURPOSE, AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
