S 0915 General Bill, By Courtney and J.V. Smith
    A Bill to amend Section 20-3-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to grounds for divorce, so as to provide that a divorce based upon any of the valid grounds may be allowed regardless of any plea of recrimination and to make other conforming changes.
