Summary: Sine Die Adjournment
    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT PURSUANT TO SECTION 9, ARTICLE III OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THIS STATE, 1895, EACH HOUSE AGREES, BY THE VOTE REQUIRED BY THIS CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISION, TO RECEDE FROM THE OTHER HOUSE FOR LESS THAN OR MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS AS THE CASE MAY BE, THAT EACH HOUSE AGREES TO EXTEND THE 2011 REGULAR SESSION TO CONSIDER CERTAIN MATTERS DURING CERTAIN TIME PERIODS, AS PROVIDED BY THIS RESOLUTION, AND IF NOT ADJOURNED EARLIER, EACH HOUSE SHALL STAND ADJOURNED SINE DIE DECEMBER 1, 2011.
