House Ethics Committee's Advisory Opinion 2019 - 8 provides that a Member of the House Legislative Oversight Committee (HLOC) may encourage or solicit comment about an agency under study by the HLOC, and such action is not an ethical violation.
The Inspector General provides the results of his office's review of the referred allegations.
The Subcommittee requests follow-up information after the meeting on December 5, 2019.
The Inspector General provides the results of the SC Housing employee climate survey administered by his office. This implements the Subcommittee's fourth recommendation (see Subcommittee study).
The Committee requests follow-up information after the meeting on February 26, 2020.
The agency implemented the Committee's recommendation to obtain an independent, anonymous employee climate survey. This letter reports the results of the 2021 employee climate survey to the Committee.
