    AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-11-2240 SO AS TO PROVIDE THE CIRCUMSTANCES UPON WHICH A HUNTER'S PRIVILEGE TO PARTICIPATE IN A WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA LOTTERY HUNT MAY BE REVOKED AND TO PROVIDE A REMEDY FOR A HUNTER WHO IS NOT CONVICTED OF A VIOLATION ARISING FROM THE OCCURRENCE PRECIPITATING THE REVOCATION OF HIS PRIVILEGE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOTTERY HUNT. - ratified title
