    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 1-30-110, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ENTITIES INCORPORATED INTO AND ADMINISTERED AS PART OF THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR, SO AS TO ADD THE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS DIVISION; TO AMEND SECTION 25-1-420, RELATING TO THE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF ADJUTANT GENERAL, SO AS TO TRANSFER THIS DIVISION FROM THE ADJUTANT GENERAL'S OFFICE TO THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE; TO AMEND SECTION 49-23-60, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE STATEWIDE DROUGHT RESPONSE COMMITTEE, SO AS TO MAKE A CONFORMING CHANGE; AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE TRANSITION OF EMPLOYEES AND PROPERTY ON JULY 1, 2000.
