A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 11-9-85, so as to provide that if the General Appropriation Act for the following fiscal year is not enacted by June 15 of any year, the Appropriation Act of the then current fiscal year shall continue in force until another General Appropriation Act is enacted.
