A Concurrent Resolution urging the members of the South Carolina Congressional Delegation, the United States Department of Justice, the Federal Communications Commission, American Telephone & Telegraph Company, and the nation's other telephone companies to take appropriate and concerned steps to bring to a halt the availability of certain "900" telephone numbers which provide pornographic messages.
