    A Bill to amend Section 40-15-80, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to conditions under which a person is considered to be practicing dental hygiene, so as to revise circumstances in school settings under which a sealant may be applied and a prophylaxis performed by a dental hygienist.
