    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 20-7-1640 so as to require that a person applying for licensure as a foster parent and a person eighteen years of age or older residing in that home must undergo a State Law Enforcement Division and Federal Bureau of Investigation fingerprint review before the person may be licensed as a foster parent; and to provide that a fee for a Federal Bureau of Investigation review must be paid by the individual.
