    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 20-7-935 so as to authorize the Court to suspend a person's sentence and order the person to perform community service for violation of an order for the payment of child support and to require withholding of any compensation the person may be entitled to for this service for the payment of the support.
