    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING ARTICLE 22, CHAPTER 1 TO TITLE 1 SO AS TO REQUIRE, UPON EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR, THE POW/MIA FLAG TO BE FLOWN AT SOUTH CAROLINA REST AREAS AND AT OTHER LOCATIONS THAT THE GOVERNOR MAY ORDER WHEN THE UNITED STATES IS ENGAGED IN WARTIME MILITARY OPERATIONS AND MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES ARE PRISONERS OF WAR OR MISSING IN ACTION, ON CERTAIN NATIONAL HOLIDAYS, AND AT OTHER TIMES AS THE GOVERNOR MAY ORDER.
