    A HOUSE RESOLUTION TO COMMEND AND THANK ARMY STAFF SERGEANT ADAM PALMER OF LANDRUM FOR HIS SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY, WHICH INCLUDED THREE TOURS IN IRAQ, WHERE DURING ONE TOUR HE WAS SEVERELY WOUNDED BY A ROADSIDE BOMB, AND FOR UNSELFISHLY VOLUNTEERING HIS TIME TO BETTER PREPARE AND PROTECT OTHER YOUNG SOLDIERS WHO ARE ENTERING MILITARY SERVICE.
