    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-6245 so as to provide that the motor vehicle driven by a person who is not a licensed driver or whose license to drive has been canceled, suspended, or revoked must be impounded under certain circumstances and to provide that the cost associated with impounding the motor vehicle must be borne by the driver.
