    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REMEMBER ALL THE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO WERE KILLED IN THE HOLOCAUST, TO HONOR HOLOCAUST SURVIVORS AND THEIR RESCUERS AND LIBERATORS, AND TO MARK THE UNVEILING OF THE PERMANENT BUTTERFLY MEMORIAL MONUMENT IN MYRTLE BEACH THAT WILL COMMEMORATE THEM FOR BOTH PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS.
