    A Bill to amend Sections 40-35-20, 40-35-30, 40-35-60, 40-35-70, 40-35-90 and 40-35-100, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators, so as to change the composition and qualifications of the members and vacancy procedures, to establish licensure educational and experience requirements, to provide for emergency licenses, to provide that fees collected shall be deposited in the General Fund, to provide for per diem and expense allowances and office space, to change or add to the duties of the Board, to require examinations of persons licensed by other jurisdictions; and to amend Act 608 of 1978, relating to the Sunset Laws, so as to change the date for the termination of the Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators.
