    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-6-55 so as to provide that the Health and Human Services Finance Commission shall pay an incentive payment of seventy-five cents to pharmacists filling Medicaid patient prescriptions if the pharmacist, acting pursuant to the Drug Product Selection Act and with the approval of the prescribing physician, substitutes a lower cost drug product that results in a net saving of at least three dollars for the prescription, to provide exceptions, and to require the Commission to report to the General Assembly no later than October 31, 1988, the fiscal impact of the Section added by this Act.
