A Bill to amend Section 43-21-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the powers of the South Carolina Commission on Aging, so as to authorize the Commission to certify homemakers and home health aides in accordance with the Federal Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act and establish and collect fees for administering this certification program and carry forward remaining fees to the next fiscal year for the same purpose.
