    A HOUSE RESOLUTION TO EXPRESS SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT FOR THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION WHICH WOULD AUTHORIZE EACH SCHOOL IN SOUTH CAROLINA TO ALLOW ITS STUDENTS TO VOTE TO POST A COPY OF THE TEN COMMANDMENTS IN THE LOBBY OF THEIR SCHOOL WITHOUT USING PUBLIC FUNDS.
