    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO CREATE A NURSE STAFFING TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE NURSING SHORTAGE IN THIS STATE AND TO PROVIDE FOR ITS MEMBERSHIP, POWERS, AND DUTIES; TO REQUIRE THE TASK FORCE TO REPORT ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY BEFORE JANUARY 1, 2006, AND TO ABOLISH THE TASK FORCE UPON SUBMISSION OF ITS REPORT.
