    A Bill to amend Title 27, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to property and conveyances, by adding Chapter 30 so as to enact the South Carolina Condominium Act; to amend Section 16-1-10, relating to crimes classified as felonies, so as to add failure of a condominium developer to properly handle escrow funds; and to repeal Chapter 31, Title 27 relating to to the Horizontal Property Act.
