A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 40-47-97 SO AS TO EXEMPT A TEAM PHYSICIAN LICENSED IN ANOTHER STATE FROM LICENSURE IN THIS STATE IF THE PHYSICIAN IS EMPLOYED OR DESIGNATED AS THE TEAM PHYSICIAN FOR A TEAM VISITING THIS STATE AND THE PHYSICIAN ONLY TREATS THE TEAM MEMBERS, COACHES, AND STAFF.
