SCHLATTERER MEMORIAL STREET" AND TO ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ALONG THIS PORTION OF GERVAIS STREET THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "LIEUTENANT PHILIP G. SCHLATTERER MEMORIAL STREET".
