    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION TO REQUEST THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION NAME THE PORTION OF UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 78 IN BAMBERG COUNTY FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE EASTERN PORTION OF DENMARK'S TOWN LIMIT TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE WESTERN PORTION OF BAMBERG'S TOWN LIMIT "STATE REPRESENTATIVE THOMAS RHOAD HIGHWAY" AND ERECT APPROPRIATE MARKERS OR SIGNS ALONG THIS HIGHWAY THAT CONTAIN THE WORDS "STATE REPRESENTATIVE THOMAS RHOAD HIGHWAY".
